A broadcast-quality electret condenser element delivers a 50 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response with -63 dB sensitivity at 1 kHz. The omnidirectional polar pattern captures sound from every direction for a natural blend of voice and ambience while remaining less sensitive to handling noise, wind, and vocal plosives.

The miniature black microphone measures 0.3 inches in diameter by 0.6 inches long, weighs 1 oz, and has a 5.3-foot cable for discreet clothing placement and flexible bodypack positioning. It operates from 1 to 10 V plug-in power supplied by a compatible transmitter.
